Rolling doors
Rolling doors on warehouses, loading docks, and commercial storefronts take heavy mechanical wear. They are opened and closed multiple times a day, exposed to weather, and often struck by equipment or vehicles. The original paint wears off, exposing bare metal to moisture and corrosion. Electrostatic painting provides a tough, bonded coating that protects the metal and gives the door a clean, professional appearance.
Rolling doors
We refinish commercial rolling doors, roll-up shutters, and overhead doors using electrostatic painting. The process covers the entire door surface uniformly, including the individual slats and the track housing. We work on warehouses, retail spaces, storage facilities, and parking garages. The job can be scheduled during off-hours to avoid disrupting your business operations.

Benefits
Corrosion resistance for high-use doors. The electrostatic bond creates a protective barrier on every slat and joint, preventing moisture from reaching the bare metal even with constant mechanical movement.
Professional appearance for your business. A freshly painted rolling door improves the look of your warehouse, storefront, or loading area, which matters to customers and tenants who see the exterior daily.
Off-hours scheduling available. We can work evenings, early mornings, or weekends to paint your rolling doors without interrupting your business hours or warehouse operations.
Our work

Our process
Surface cleaning and rust treatment
We clean the door surface of accumulated grime, grease, and loose paint. Rusted areas are wire-brushed and treated. The door is fully extended during preparation to access every slat.
Track and hardware protection
We mask the track rails, motor housing, and any adjacent walls or signage. The rolling mechanism is protected so paint does not interfere with the door's operation.
Full-surface electrostatic application
We apply the electrostatic paint across the entire extended door in controlled passes. The charged particles coat both the front face and the edges of each slat. After application, we verify coverage and let the finish cure before the door is rolled back up.
