Impact windows
Metal window frames in Miami are exposed to intense UV radiation and humidity year-round. Aluminum frames develop a chalky, oxidized surface over time, while steel frames can rust. These conditions make windows look dull and aged long before their structural life is over. Electrostatic painting restores the original color and sheen, and the bonded finish provides ongoing protection against the elements.
Impact windows
We paint aluminum and steel window frames on luxury homes, condominiums, and commercial buildings. Our electrostatic process wraps paint into the narrow channels and edges of window profiles that brushes cannot reach evenly. We mask all glass panes, seals, and surrounding stucco or drywall so that only the metal frame is painted. Whether you have 10 windows or 100, the finish is consistent across every unit.

Benefits
Restores oxidized aluminum frames. Electrostatic paint covers the chalky white oxidation that develops on aluminum in humid, sunny climates, returning the frame to a clean, finished look.
UV and humidity resistance. The electrostatic bond holds up against the daily sun exposure and moisture that cause conventional paint to fade and peel on South Florida buildings.
Full protection of glass during painting. Our masking process completely covers every glass pane, gasket, and seal. No paint touches the glass, and we remove all masking cleanly after the job is done.

Before and after

AfterOur process
Frame cleaning and oxidation removal
We clean each frame of dirt, mildew, and the chalky residue from aluminum oxidation. Steel frames with rust spots are sanded and treated. This step ensures the new paint adheres firmly to the metal surface.
Glass and perimeter masking
Every glass pane is fully covered with protective film and tape. We also mask the surrounding wall surface, stucco, or siding to create clean paint lines along the frame edges.
Electrostatic application and cleanup
We apply the charged paint in precise passes along each frame, reaching into every channel and groove of the window profile. After the coating is complete, we remove all masking materials and inspect every window for a clean, uniform result.
