Balcony railings

Balcony railings on condos and high-rises in Miami face some of the harshest conditions for metal: direct ocean salt spray, intense UV radiation, and constant humidity. Traditional paint breaks down quickly under these conditions, leading to peeling, chalking, and rust that detracts from the building's appearance. Electrostatic painting provides a harder, more adherent finish that withstands coastal exposure better than conventional coatings.

What we do

Balcony railings

We paint balcony railings on condominiums, residential high-rises, and oceanfront properties throughout Miami. Our team works floor by floor, carefully masking glass doors, walls, and flooring before applying the electrostatic coating. The charged particles reach between balusters and around corners where brushes leave inconsistent coverage. We coordinate with building management to minimize disruption to residents and complete the work within agreed timelines.

Benefits

Corrosion protection against salt air. The bonded electrostatic finish creates a barrier between the metal and the salty, humid atmosphere that accelerates rust on coastal buildings.

Consistent appearance across all floors. Every railing on the building receives the same even coat, maintaining a uniform look from ground level to penthouse.

Reduced overspray on neighboring surfaces. Electrostatic charge directs paint particles toward the metal, which means less drift onto glass, walls, and balcony floors compared to conventional spraying.

Step by step

Our process

01

Building coordination and surface prep

We schedule access with building management and notify residents of the work timeline. Each railing is cleaned of dirt, salt deposits, and loose paint. Rusted sections are treated to create a sound base for the new coating.

02

Precision masking of balcony surfaces

We tape and cover glass sliding doors, exterior walls, floor tiles, and any furniture or fixtures on the balcony. This protects everything except the railing itself from receiving paint.

03

Electrostatic coating and quality check

We apply the electrostatic paint in even passes across the entire railing assembly. After each unit is complete, we inspect for full coverage and uniformity before moving to the next balcony.
