Cabinets

Metal cabinets in kitchens, offices, and commercial spaces see constant daily use. Over the years, the original finish wears down, showing scratches, dents, and discoloration. Replacing cabinets is expensive and disruptive. Electrostatic painting restores the surface to a smooth, factory-like finish at a fraction of the replacement cost, and the work is done on-site without removing the cabinets from the wall.

What we do

Cabinets

We refinish metal cabinets using electrostatic painting technology. This includes kitchen cabinets, file cabinets, storage units, lockers, and commercial cabinetry. The charged paint particles adhere evenly to flat panels and recessed areas alike, producing a uniform finish without brush marks, orange peel texture, or drips. The end result looks and feels like the original factory coating.

Benefits

Major cost savings versus replacement. Refinishing metal cabinets costs significantly less than buying and installing new ones, and the work is typically completed in a single day.

Smooth, factory-quality surface. The electrostatic process eliminates brush marks and uneven texture, leaving a clean finish that matches how the cabinets looked when they were new.

No demolition or downtime. Cabinets stay mounted during the process. We mask surrounding counters, appliances, and walls, paint the cabinets in place, and leave the space ready to use after the curing period.

Step by step

Our process

01

Cleaning and degreasing

Metal cabinets, especially in kitchens, accumulate grease and grime over time. We thoroughly clean and degrease every surface to ensure the electrostatic paint bonds properly. Any handles, knobs, or hardware are either masked or temporarily removed.

02

Masking adjacent surfaces

We cover countertops, appliances, flooring, and walls with protective sheeting. Only the cabinet surfaces to be painted are left exposed.

03

Electrostatic coating and reassembly

We apply the electrostatic paint in thin, even coats across all cabinet surfaces. Once cured, any removed hardware is reinstalled. The finish is resistant to fingerprints and everyday kitchen or office wear.
